Anti-Inflammatory Hot Drink - Tumeric Latte

Ingredients:
1 cup plant milk (almond, oats)
1 teaspoon of Tumeric
1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper
2 cm of crushed fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon of ginger powder.
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Optional: 1 date or 1 dried fig for sweetening
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients: Grate or crush the ginger.
Combine in a Saucepan: Add the ginger, date, or dried fig to the saucepan.
Bring the plant milk to boiling and turn off the heat.
Add the cinnamon powder, turmeric powder and black pepper and stir until smooth.Infusing (optional): Let the drink sit on the heat for a few minutes to allow the flavours to release.
Serve: Strain the mixture into a cup if you prefer a smoother drink, and garnish the top with more cinnamon powder.
